its Automated Telephone Answering System. Communication
from the public is an important aspect for initiating
law enforcement action; this information is provided
in an effort to inform the community on the procedures
necessary to reach the appropriate personnel or
departments within the Sheriff’s Office.
When calling the Perry County Sheriff’s Office,
you will reach the following message prompts:

If you need to report a medical
emergency, report a crime, a traffic crash or have
a question, press “0” and a dispatcher
will be with you momentarily, or just remain on
the line.
If you would like to leave information
on our Crime Tip Line, for the Perry County Special
investigations Unit (SIU), dial “40”.
If you know your parties two digit
extension number and are calling from a touch tone
phone, you may dial it now.
